Service station poured contaminated fuel (refused to take responsibility)

On the 18th of November 2018 we were driving from KZN, went into one of your feeling stations in Dundee (Jeff's feeling station), we asked the petrol attended to fill up the tank (the total cost was R673). Drove to when we got to Standerton the car stopped we were there were stuck for about 3 hours on the side of the road. The car was towed to JHB and upon our arrival a Mercedes Benz technician confirmed that the car was filled up with diesel. I called the service station and I was told to call the next which I did, I was told the manager so would be able to assist is Charmain. I spoke to her and she told me she would investigate. She the sent me the below email "Good Day Thembi,

Please find below the documents of Jeff's Service Station, that

proves the correct fuel was pumped into your vehicle. Also, confirming

the amount of R673.00 and the product of ULP ( Petrol) is documented on our reports.

Please forward me the till slip.

We do apologise for any inconvenience, however this is not our fault.

We have received a fuel report from an independent testing company and the fuel has failed tests.

We have had to spend thousands to drain the fuel and for the tests. This morning I spoke to the Kusturie from KZN oils and she referred me to Riaan who told me that he was going to give me feedback sometime next week. This is after the results were sent to them over a month ago....
