Rude attendant and worst supervisor

I went to fill my fuel on Saturday, at Caltex Glenanda on 03/02/2024 and an attendant by the name of Felix was very rude. I normally fill my petrol will R200 and above, and I get a perfum thingy for the car. Felix didn’t give me the thing and I asked him why he said because I don’t qualify, I said I normally get it when I fill with 200 and he said never and he started to laugh sarcastically and he later called his supervisor Oscar, who didn’t bother to explain or calm the situation and he kept on say “hawu ayikho leyo” And he said nxa! to me. For a supervisor Oscar needs training on customer service so he can solve disputes and misunderstandings amicably. They went on to say everyone who gave me that thing will be in trouble or get fired.
