Royal partrons clearly mean nothinh

Stop filling up at the Caltex gateway garage ,I have been a royal custom for the last 3 years and on the 07/01/2018 my car was parked at their quick shop for two hours , when I arrived back to find my tyre clamped ,I spoke to the manger kevin and the forecourt supervoir and explain the situation ,his responds was I have to pay R500 to release the clam .The works and staff all know me as I fill up and use the smart mart often and so does my family .I am utterly disgusted by the service that I have received ,I would just advise royal patrons to be aware by the type of poor custom service Caltex garage on the 5 centenary boulevard umhlanga ridge provides .When I requested to speak to the owner , I was advise by kevin that he can not contact him .Disgusted by the appalling pathetic service that Caltex garage ,5 centery boulevard umhlanga ridge .please stay way from using their service cause clearly royal partrons clearly mean nothing to them
