rotten employee

i went to veture motores with my husband on the 29th last week thursday. we were served by a trany Antoine Ngoidie. he was blunty rude and discusting. my husband told him to pour R200 petrol and i repeated it 3 times. we asked his co-worker to swipe R200 so long while he was busy with the petrol and he did. as i looked to my far right side, the number on the meter went PAST R200 and i stopped him. he started shouting and screaming, i gave him R5 extra since he went over boared and he told me what was he going to do with that money because we said R300. i wrote on you time line on facebook and i still have not heard a word from you guys. i was loyal customer but not anymore as how i was treated and still no word on the person. i chose your garage instead of BP and the new Sasol that was just renovated because i loved the speediness of the employees but just 1 rotten apple made me move to the next gass station and i feel i am not being valued.
