Revolting Service
Caltex Smith Street dont deserve even 1 star rating. On Thursday, at about 7pm I passed by their Forecourt and requested to use their loo desperate to urinate. I was moved back and forth from the Tellers to the Fuel Attendants to the Security. Finally I asked for Manager, who said his name was Mpumelelo, explained my pregnancy situation, he refused unless I had filled my petrol at their station. So, on the day when I dont fill at their station im useless to them, and when I fill and never ask for a loo Im good enough for leaving my money with them? I mean for my understanding Forecourts are where you safest, whether waiting to meet someone, where you ask for directions when you lost, including any assistance as they always open 24hrs. I have never been treated so badly, im disgusted!
I sincerely apologize for the poor service experience you had. I would like to assure you that this is not typical of the kind of service that we render to our clients. We do not want to treat our clients in any way that might make them feel unimportant or to give the impression that we do not care about our clients.
