Refused To Offer Service

On the 24 Dec 2015, i went to a Caltex to refuel full tank, and I asked the petrol attendant, if the car wash is still open and he said yes, and later on while on the queue I was told that, there is no water. After an hour I came back and requested for my windscreen as well as tyres to be balanced as I was going home, and I stood for a two minute or so, and I noticed one of the attended, i then called him and he ignored, which resulted in me hooting to get his attention, I then asked him to balance tyres and clean the windscreen, he said to me there is no petrol, and i repeated myself to say i don't need petrol but windscreen and tyres, he said no he can't do it, and he left, went to into the store. I decided to approach the cashier inside the store, asked him what's the name of the petrol attendant is, shockingly he said he doesn't know, which was quite disturbing, which let me to say i will report this horrific service, and the petrol attendant whom i happened to get a name Sfiso, he said to me I am \m****i ( meaning "Spy\"" )"
