REFUSED TO HELP CUSTOMER

Went to the Caltex Droomers Garage to go fill my vechile up at 20:52 , but the petrol attendants REFUSED to put fuel in my car because they have already check the fuel levels but it's not even 21:00 . As he told me they can't fill my car up another vechile just left as they refilled her car . This is extremely bad service from such a well know brand.
