REFUND

On the 18th of August I came here to buy electricity at Ulundi Caltex/ MM OK Foods Ulundi using my card during that whole process I ended being charged twice (they call it void or something) and they said it gonna appear during a certain period of time of which it did not. I’m using TymeBank so statements comes out at the end of the month, waited and today is the 2nd of September and they are still TELLING ME TO WAIT FOR MY MONEY as if it’s my fault. Busy telling me to calm down, how when MY money is not in my hand??
