Reconciliation day laziness

<p>For my unpleasant surprise and is not the first today at around 11h40 - 11h45 I stopped at the Caltex garage on Bosmansdam Road Milnerton, just a cross from Sable Square and few pumps where closed but I waited at the first pump behind a white bakkie then the attendant was just running between a combi taxi to check his phone while the pump was running to fill up. Then when he finished he went to the cashier and there the attendants where sitting around. Then one of the attendants that fill up a combo taxi at pump 7 or 8 came to me and I said, come on, I am waiting forever and his reply was "SIR, I MAKE YOU A FAVOR BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TO HELP YOU AT THIS PUMP I AM WORKING ON THE OTHER SIDE" then I said ok then don't and he walked away. And went and chat with the taxi driver between pump 2 and 3. I went inside and no one to help also they said there is no manager on duty. This is the most shocking experience and I drove away but I want head office to take this matter serious and investigate. Date 16 December 2016, time between 11h40 and 11h50 pump 1, I drive a white Nissan bakkie. </p>
