Real bad attitude and service at its best!

Stopped at the shop at Caltex in Brigh****er today and waited to be served by the cashier at the time, Lindiwe (apparently her name as she not wearing a name badge and I had to request this from her). There were ladies waiting in front of me yet Lindiwe kept serving the people after us. After the 3rd person was being served I asked what the problem was, her response in the most monotone and unapologetic tone said she was waiting for the machine to finish banking. I asked her why she didn't care to tell me this as she had noticed me clearly waiting there. She responded looking to the ladies in front of me that she had mentioned it to them and I did not come to her. At what point does customer service not include being aware of your customer and keeping them informed? Because I had my bank card in my hand was for her assume that I would only be paying by card, why not ask if It were possible to pay in cash as they were experiencing a delay at the moment? This is appalling! At some point the other male cashier who was working the petrol attendants came to assist as he may have noticed Lindiwe might have just not been in the \mood"today.
