Public Toilets Notice of

I was parked at Fruit and veg me and my friends needed a toilet to our surprise we were show a sign written \NO TOILETS FOR THE . PUBLIC. A place totally dependent on the public for support displays such a sign. Is this in line with the requirements of a Sarvice station?<br> It's a Caltex Service Station in Cape road opposite Shell Service Station. I do have the actual notice as is displayed on the Petrol Attendants small watch room but your system could not take it as an attachment. This happened on Saturday 09 January 2016 at 13:37"
