PRAISE FOR PHUMLANI

Getting a flat tyre on a very dark, stormy, flooded, chaotic N1 in CT city bound rush hour morning traffic is seriously no joke !!<br> As it presented more danger trying to pull over across three lanes of traffic under those circumstances than it was to slowly drive a little further to the nearest garage, I proceeded to Caltex Waterfront to seek assistance.<br> Upon arrival, Phumlani came to my assistance and even after hearing my request for assistance with my flat wheel, in this miserable weather, he very willingly and cheerfully proceeded to guide me to a safe spot and went about changing my wheel, all the while assuring me that it was going to be okay and it won't take him long. The weather was super miserable, cold & wet and yet here was Phumlani, cheerfully helping me out as if this is exactly what he got up this morning to do - wow, I was blown away.<br> Thank you Phumlani for making a bad morning better and for being such a blessing.<br> A big shout out must also go out to the station manager, Riaaz, who when I reported Phumlani's helpfulness and wonderful attitude, praised and thanked Phumlani warmly.<br> Deeply grateful to Phumlani, Caltex, Waterfront CT.
