POOR SERVICE, NOT PROFESSIONAl

I would like to complain about poor service at your service staion in Silversands. Mr Ali and his attendent Moosa do not know what customer service means, no approach and no manners. Moosa was attending to me, wanted to put in R100 worth of fuel, he asked if he should fill the tank and again for the 2nd time i told R100. He went over the R100 and just when i noticed, I hooted to get his attention. He came and I told him what I had said. The 1st thing he did was take out my keys from my ignition. Who does that? where's professionalism? Then I ask for the manager, i'm told i need to call him, they do not have airtime. He gets there and they start speaking their language. I'm so dissappointed at Caltex, I go to that service station every 2nd week and they know my car. The manager has the gutts to tell me it happens everytime and some people pay what the attendent went over by. The weird part is tha Moosa tells everyone that i asked him how much he should pour in my car. Really? My car, my money. Why would I ask HIM???
