Poor service from Caltex Cambridge

I went to Caltex on 25 Witkoppen Road (Cambridge) to fill up petrol as per usual , I request R 300, then Raphael (guy who was helping me) spills so much of the petrol on the floor instead pouring the petrol in my tank, then he tells me I must pay for it because the fault is with my car.I am very disappointed disgusted at the level of service I received from Caltex ,I requested to see the manager and the ladies at the tills told me he's not around,basically they were covering up for Raphael.Then Raphael has the decency to tell me next time I must make sure my car is fine before I pour petrol,this is after I had to pay for the full amount,yet half of it was spilled on the floor!im very upset and disgusted, in future I will go to other petrol stations and not Caltex!
