Poor service at the service station

As an uber driver... I frequent garages. Today in the middle of my drive I made a quick stop at Caltex on main road Delft.

As usual waited for an attendant to come assist me.

The garage was full so I patiently waited. After what seemed like an eternity... an attendant came over and asked if I was waiting to fill up.... (as if I had time to waste at a fill up station) nonetheless I politely answered "yes".

Then he told I'm gonna have to move and queue somewhere else because they weren't gonna help. I don't know the reason behind this because when I started to ask why... this man told me he was in lunch and walked away.

This kind of treatment is almost a norm in these Caltex township garages. Two days ago I had a similar experiance an Caltex in Langa.

Long story short I left to get my fuel at a different garage... where the staff is helpful.

I don't know why in these garages we are being treated like dirt, yet petrol keeps going up pricewise. My money holds the same value in Delft as it does in Constantia; I don't get why the treatment is ****k different.
