Poor service at Caltex Broadway Service station

Poor service from the person who called him a manager at Caltex Broadway Service Station , who shouted at me after my card declined due to their faulty speed point after I filled up my bakkie with an amount of R936.62 that make up 64.41l. This Zimbabwean guy called him a manager treated me unfairly when I asked him how we can solve this problem ,told me I must use the standard bank ATM however I'm FNB customer that will get charged more fees or leave something worth the amount . While we were busy that issue ,surely they pressed the panic button and there was a white guy arrived at offer me help with the lift or escort me to the nearby FNB ATM The car he drove was not branded , no uniform and no name tag . I asked him why he got involved in this matter and advised that service station is his client but I refused his help and ended up left my cellphone and drove to FNB Strand for withdrawals as this guy called him a manager was rude ,shouting and assuming that there is no funds in my card. Caltex Broadway service station service is very poor as special their staff seems is not trained they took people from the street and offer them the management position and customer service ,he didn't even apologize after the payment he just thrown my cellphone and piece of paper with my details. After so many years I always fill up my cars at that service station as from now they will not my cars anymore .
