Poor Service

Petrol attended made me wait while he was attending to a taxi driver who seemed like his friend while I came first and when confronted him he said he doesn't work on that certain pump.My understanding is that petrol stations work on first come first serve basis..was so disappointed and m never pouring petrol there again since its not even the first time I receive such a poor service.
