Poor service

Very poor service from Caltex wonderpark, in the morning we rush to the petrol station so that we can fill up and go to work, however no sense of urgency from their manager or admin staff because they change or switch shifts from 07h00 until 07h45, a whole 45 mins during the peak hour, I really do not understand the logic behind that, clearly they do not care about servicing their customers
