Poor service

<p>Went to caltex bushbuckridge to collect my pargo parcel, told one of the cashiers there that I came to collect the parcel and she said she is going to fetch it,I waited for a good 30 minutes and still she was not coming until one of the employees from the food section noticed that I was waiting for a long time and asked someone to assist me </p>
