poor service

Last night woman and a female attendance there busy talking stories while I am waiting to be served and when I asked why they not assisting there told me they don't swipe without telling me that there is ATM inside the garage by the time I was about to leave by the entrance one of the customers because he head there is ATM inside there were suppose to tell at least I turn back than I asked where the ATM is and why there never told why they servicing customers like this there were very rude they said its not part of their service to tell that there is ATM so my question is Who must tell if they can't swipe and knowing that there is ATM in their garage
