Poor service.

Hello! I'd like to let you know about the poor and hush service i received from caltex garage braamfontein Friday evening. What happened is that i got into the garage to buy a pack of ******s, the lady at the till point told me they are not sold over the counter, i need to use the machine by the door and its gonna dispense for me. I selected the item, put in my R50 note and the machine never dispensed the item, i then went back to the lady for assistance, the lady referred me to the gentlemen next her telling me he's the only one that knows how to fix the machine, i then asked the guy to assist me, to my surprise i received an attitude from him telling me that he is busy and i should wait for him to finish the customers (a queue of atleast 15 customers) bare in mind i was there using an uber service therefore my meter was running all this time. I went back and forth looking like a clown in that garage, after a very long time a security guy switched the machine off, i got my money and left without the product i wanted, i had to go buy at tuck shop front opposite. Review this matter for me and get the guys that were working night shift on Friday night 27/07/2018 to answer to this and be taken to a customer service training or something cause as a customer relationship manager i know how i should be treated as a customer.
