Poor poor poor

Again I am so appaulled by this place service that it is not funny any more. This is the the third incedent in a space of a short time. Again the staff determines when and at what time they will prepair meals and if they will help customers. I have been very patient and nice about this but it is becoming a irritation and a in convenience. I believe to support the local businesses I skip the KFC, Burger King Nandos and many more take aways to get from this place across the street. This only to find that at 9 pm they have nothing to offer but rice and mince 2 dishes and when the question is asked about menu Items you are told they are not prepairing any this time as they must leave at 10. Is this how business should be conducted and how customer are been shown the way out of the door to ensure that the staff is out the establishment by 10. I have worked in the food industry and if your trading hour are from a set time to a closing time you trade up to that time and then after trading the cleaning gets done. With this place they stop 2 hours earlier to clean and this is the inconvenience of not keeping to trading hours. I am going to be bold and say this and these are also remarkes made by customers also leaving empty handed. They should rather close this food establishment and return to the little kiosk they had. This wil lessen the burden of having the staff that preferes to close the shop early and cause disappointment to customers. In short no food and this is all because staff rules. To worsen the matter they have not even contacted me even though i wrote a review
