Poor management style & lack of business knowledge

We always made use of a competitor, but after their revamp, getting in and out of the station was a nightmare. We then heard that the Caltex station was revamped with a quint shop. We investigated about a week ago and started visiting them quite frequently thereafter. We inquired last night on the lack of cream (they sell Lavazza coffee) and didn't really get an answer. We visited them today for coffee again (Lavazza is one of the top coffee brands we love) and ordered a product served with whipped cream and were informed that they don't have whipped cream.<br> <br> We were informed that it's been a while now that they don't have. We asked that they should ask the owners/managers, that were present at the station, why. The reply that was given was that it's not on the menu. We rep**** that it clearly stated a specific product was served with \whipped cream"on the menu on the wall.<br> <br> What infuriated us further was that he ***ner/manager) came out and listened to the conversation that transpired"
