Poor customer service

They sold a rotten loaf of bread to my sister,when I open the bread it was smelling Nd had mould all over.. decided to take pictures and kept the bread so I can return it. When I return the bread I explained to the cashier and she never apologised, but she did listen to my complain and she agrees with me,she asked the white lady who is running fast food at the garage wheather she should give me a fresh bread or not she refused saying she demands the slip wich I never so I asked them to review the cameras to confirm my sister bought the bread there,then I asked for manager and the mananger was the never spoke to me but to the cashier who explained my complain,the mananger went to get the bread and gave it to the cashier without apologising to me or showing any remorse she just said it's the last time she gives a bread because customers should check the dates...I work with customers each and everyday and the service I got from Caltex garage in Ellaton klerksdorp North West is unacceptable and not professional at all..i'm very disappointed with a service. I think they need customer service training..
