Poor Customer Service

I fill-up my petrol at Caltex wonder park mall since it's around my residential area. The petrol attendants are few, we wait for at least 15 min, for service. it doesn't matter what time you fill-up at that station, you always have to wait long. whenever some of us try to talk to management, we are always told he is not around. the servise station is in the mall, the least they can do is to have enough petrol attendants, especially during rush-hour, how do you have only 5 petrol attendants between 5 & 7 PM knowing exactly that area is soo busy. the poor petrol attendants end-up being frustrated as well because customers vent anger towards them, and have more speed points please, we don't carry hard cash all the time, it's one of the major causes of delays as well.
