PONDO MOTORS nko****owa Caltex bad service

I've been to countless Caltex garages for air pressure and pouring petrol. But the service at Caltex PONDO MOTORS nko****owa has been the worst for me. Countless times I have been assisted with an attitude and being victimized for voicing my unhappiness with the type of service I'm getting.

The manager (Maureen) today told me that if your not pouring petrol the petrol attendance won't assist you because their main focus is to pour petrol not put air pressure. She even said that they sometimes switch off the air pressure and say they don't have air so that customer can only pour petrol.

She further said I enjoy coming to the garage to ask for air pressure everyday. To my surprise I don't work in nko****owa so I only go to Caltex when I am around home to pour petrol I usually use other petrol due to their continuous bad service and their victimsation towards me.

I expressed complains to the area manager Greg Keartland 3 times and never had any feedback until today when I mentioned I would be escalating the matter to hello peter
