Petrol to the floor

I went to Caltex Randfontein today and ask attendant to start by swipping my card the amount of R855 as my car is 40 litre and it was empty

Attendant put approximately the amount of R750 and the rest goes down to the floor ,,,,,,until she put the pump off at the amount of R800.80

I was speaking to supervisor about the garage services when it happen and honestly I get ****ed

I ask the manager just to be told he will be in at 10h00

I loose the remaining money on the store and whatever that was pour to the floor

Picture was taken and I really want this sorted out by Caltex because that garage is a mess
