PETROL *****

I asked the petrol attended to load petrol and the pump was having problems and was making a hissing sound. <br> When I switched on my car the petrol meter remained at the same spot and my car reflected the same amount of remaining KM's. <br> The petrol attendant told me that when I started driving that the petrol meter would go up. I drove about 5km and still nothing was reflecting. I went back to the station to complain and the manager was of no assistance and simply told me that I should load the same amount again and the petrol meter would go up. <br> <br> The first time I went to put in petrol I did not get anything for the money that I paid and now they wanted me to spend more. This is unacceptable and I request to be refunded for the initial petrol that I paid for but did not receive.
