PAY FOR MY CAR AND MOTOR TO WASHED W

Went to the servis station caltex to get my car washed . I went in to pay then took my car in to the was bay where I was told I must buy eneng cleaner as my eneng is to dirty? he told me he will just rinse it if it's not clean not his problem. then wen I got to the cleaning bay I was told they are finished and I had to show them were it's not clean and I got this look if thy are doing me a favour after I have paid for a service and wen I asked for the owners number or the manager I was told to phone the number on the slip wat is the little shop in siads number. If I had to give my customers the same treatment as what I got here to day I will be whit out work . after all I just want my car clean . Now I know what thy mean if u want some things dan properly do it YOUR SELF !! I MUST SAY THIS IS NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT I HAVE HAD HERE !!! CALTEX I THINK YOU AS A CORRECT COMPANY MUST LOOK AT HOW THE SERVIS STATION'S IS DOING YOUR NAME NO GOOD WHEN THERE IS NOT EVEN A MANAGER ON CALL TO HELP !! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT STEPS THE OWNERS IS GOING TO TAKE DISCIPLINE HIS STAGE AND WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO TO MAKE HIS CUSTOMER WHAT PAY FOR A SERVICE NOT FEEL LIKE THY ARE VICTIMS ????
