Pathetic service

I will never ever recommend any of my friends & family to go to the Caltex at Wind***al PE (Amatola motors) after my horrific experience there today. First we waited forever for assistance & when the lady finally came she just looked at me. I greeted her & asked for R160 unleaded & to check the oil & water. She put in R100 & put the pump back. I told her I asked for R160 & she just flipped while I was still talking. When the R160 was done she literally screamed at me saying there's your R160. I told her that her customer service sucks & that she's rude. She then pulled me through her teeth & went on mumbling. Ayanda proceeded to the bonnet to check the oil & water but I told her nevermind as she was so rude & I didn't want to expose myself or my son to her rudeness any longer. I have never come across such a rude attendant before, I could swear she didn't want to work today.... In my line of work or basically anywhere in this day & age you need to practice at least good customer service if not excellent. I literally just laughed as I drove off as I could see she has a serious attitude problem. I must irritate again... I don't want anyone that I know to ever be treated like I was treated today, it was utterly ridiculous.
