Pathetic service

<p>I visited your branch in North coast rd, Durban, South Africa to purchase bread. Under the bread that I took was a price for R13.99, when I went to pay the cashier rudely told me it was R14.99, she told me to go "check properly". She was very very rude and told me off and started arguing with me. The manager witnessed all if this and just kept quiet. He allowed the cashier to be rude and argue with me. Is this the kind of service that you provide to your loyal customers??? Be it a purchase for R1 or R1000 I as a customer shouldnot be screamed at and treated so badly.</p>
