Pathetic is an understatement

I was at caltex garage trying to refill and the pathetic service and attitude i got from your staff left me fuming,after waiting minutes without being attended and realising that other cars that came after us where getting helped we kindly asked one of your staff members for help and pointed out that we had been in line before the taxi he was going to serve ,but clearly in his eyes he saw fools because he continued to rudely go and help the taxi then a second employee by the name of Richard came along along and when we told him also he wanted to continue to help someone ,its only after screams and raising frustrations that he felt the need to act like a victim in all of this ,your service is disgusting and if you keep such pathetic sorry excuses and arrogant staff then just know that your business is only heading one way and that is down the drain,ill never ever use my money again to pay your rude staff,you can check the footage yourselves since you have a tendency of thinking customers exagerate things, 20:49pm 11/12/17 silver polo vivo
