PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Second time i experience HORRIBLE customer service by this garage. I stopped at Caltex on Spine Road, Cape Town earlier this evening to throw in petrol & do a card payment of R40. Not only has the attendant giving me a *** attitude!! Ive NEVER EVER been told by a service station that i CANNOT swipe for a R40!!!!! Bare in mind the sun as set already & i have my 5year old daughter with me in the car. So my question is, what if customers only has a R30 on their card & cannot make it to the next available garage. You telling me that you turn down all their customers!!! IM DISGUSTED & my honest opinion, i wouldn't recommend ANYONE to support their business!! 1st occasion is also related to PATHETIC customer service where i waited more than 15 MINUTES to get served... Caltex Spine Road. I wouldn't be surprised if you closed down!!
