Pathethic service and attitude!! Change management

Today at about 09:30 I was rushing to work ( I start at 10am) when I realized I had to fill fuel. I fill my tank up almost every Sunday afternoon at this garage. All 3 of my vehicles up here because it is 200m down the road and we supporting them for more than 10yrs. Today was when their ********* staff showed how much a loyal customer means to them. I spend mre money at this garage than the managers salary. The pump attendants will confirm that, they know me so well that they even give me the speedpoint to make payment myself while they take care of the car.
