Owner pulled gun out

So, yesterday 16/05/2020, i went to the caltex corner Peter road and Beyers Naude in muldersdrift.

I swiped R 150 petrol. \ The machine failed, but the money went off my account.

long story short, i went inside to show the manager.

i was basically told I cannot go anywhere until he has his f%%%en money.

word were exchanged, i gave the attendent 150 cash, after the manger told him to swipe my card an extra 2 times. Card declined as i knew the amount that i had left on in my account which was what i swiped.

so anyway i showed the "manager" the transaction went through.

all he was interested in was his" f%%%% money"

How are your franchisee's vetted?

After we exchanged words, this "manager" went to his vehicle and got his gun.

I already made everuone in the muldersdrift area aware.

Tomorrow i will be opening a case against him.

Money off my account plus i paid him.

So it will either be a case of theft or *****. maybe both depending on what the police advise me.

someone needs to contact me, a resolution should be met. if not, bank statements will be printed and the camera footage will be collected by the police. This behavior by the "owner/manager is unacceptable and will ruin the caltex brand if/when i take this to social media.

If i have not received communication from Caltex by COB monday 18\05\2020 i will proceed with opening charges against the owner, maybe even caltex since he is representing your brand.
