No Ucount rewards given at Linksfield Caltex

For the last 3 months we have not received Ucount points from Linksfield Caltex without endless negotiating . Caltex Linksfield use Nedbank card machines using FILL AND FAIL as their vendor name.These transactions have no point benefits for Ucount members. They are supposed to use the Caltex card machines for you to automatically get Ucount points. Every time you ask for a Caltex machine they say it is offline. Yesterday I went from Offline Linksfield to Edenvale Caltex - no problem - Ucount was not offline. The owners of the Linksfield Caltex are blatantly not participating in the Ucount programme, they will not even accept the Ucount card when you go to fill up with your points collected as per the agreement with Standard Bank. I have reported this to Ucount on 5 occasions and they do nothing about it. Linksfield Caltex and Standard Bank Ucount should at least be ethical enough to then advertise openly that they are NOT giving Ucount points.
