No service, rude staff

First of all I am a big supporter of Caltex, I just support a different one now. I went to the Caltex in Broadway Blvd in Strand to fill up. There were 3 customers at the pumps and I parked next to an open pump. There were 3 staff members standing around but I waited patiently. Cars came and went but I wasn't helped. A car stopped at the pump next to me and one of the staff members came to help them. I asked him if i can be helped he told me to wait my turn. I didn't have time to argue with him and I left. It is the fourth time I left without getting helped and it happened to my girlfriend twice.
