No Service for Me

I got to the Caltex petrol station just opposite Cambridge Crossing in Paulshof, this morning at 5:45am. I waited and waited with no assistance. Eventually a petrol attendant emerged from the offices. I got excited and opened up my petrol tank thinking I would finally get some service. Silly me. The attendant walked over to the car behind me that arrived after me and began helping that customer. Here I am sitting with an open petrol tank with no petrol and no help. I got out off my car, closed my tank (seeing that nobody there was going to do it) and drove off with no signs off anybody coming to my assistance. Obviously, Caltex does not care about customers or service. How sad that in this day and age, customer service is not your top priority. I work at Kildrummy Office Park which is literally around the corner from Caltex which made it convenient. No worries, I drove to Engen up the road and left with a full tank which is where I'll be going from now. I may drive a little bit more but at least I am guaranteed to get service.
