No Petrol

I was called by a lady from Caltex Head Office who explained to me that the owner og the Bluff service station will call me soon.<br> I am still waiting, guess I should have expected this. Head office Caltex, your Brand name is being tarnished and you accept this. After you made this call to me why did you not follow up on this complaint. You seem to be setting a poor standard and this has rubbed off onto your franchisee.
