NO FUEL FILLED

I went to Caltex on Mary Thiphe Street on the 18th of September & asked for petrol but the needle didn't move an inch, so I suspected that the attendant didn't put fuel on my car. I was a bit late for work, so I couldn't to the matter immediately. I went during my lunch break & alerted the attendant that my petrol tank is still on reserve while he filled for me in the morning. I went back the following day to put the same amount of petrol using the same bowser & to my surprise I got 218km worth of petrol than the 36km that didn't move an inch on my gauge the previous day. I did this on purpose & took pictures of my meter to show to the manager as it didn't make sense. I've taken this matter up with the manager who then said he will check on the camera but I had to nag him together with my husband before he could give us an outcome about the matter. Now he is giving me run arounds with refunding me as this doesn't make sense & doesn't have logic at all.

I've concluded that its either they normally do this to their clients or the petrol attendant put the petrol on containers & sell it at a later stage or the petrol pump was faulty.

Kindly follow this matter up as the manager is not really helpful as he has a bit of an attitude. His name is Dhiren, the petrol attendant was Innocent, they phone number is ********** 100.

When Zola filled the same amount of petrol the fuel needle moved immediately, while it didn't move an inch the previous day with Innocent.
