Most horrible experience at caltec nu west service station , loopwell crescent newlands west

I went to caltex nu west service station today in 1 loopwest crescent newlands at 12:50 I had put on my mask to enter the quickshop and the strap had broke , I had a face cloth in the car that I covered my face with and never took it off , as I arrived at the pay station the cashier refused to serve me and began to insult me because I had no mask on I didn't have a chance to explain my mask had gotten torn before entering , please check cctv footage at the time indicated above I was wearing a blue shirt and black shorts , cashier refused to serve me and told me I must go to checkout store next door and buy stuff he cant serve me , I proceeded to take my money and exit the store
