Money deducted twice for fuel

I would like to complain about money deducted twice for fuel. I bought fuel this morning, paid with my card; entered my pin ONCE on the card machine and I got two sms'es from my bank. How can the money go off twice; it means the card machine has been tempered with. I want my money back asap.
