Making me a **** and taking money as i asked for only R1000 petrol

This morning, I stopped to fill my vehicle with fuel, and Lebo came to assist me. I asked for R1000 of 93 unleaded petrol. However, when I checked, I noticed the total was over R1300. I rolled down my window and said, "I only requested R1000 worth." Lebo insisted that I had asked for a full tank, claiming he could get others to back him up.

I was furious, as I clearly told him R1000 before he began. I asked to see the manager, and she suggested I pay the R373.05 balance at the end of the month. I refused, explaining that I never requested a full tank. What made it worse was Lebo making it seem like I was lying by involving others, who suddenly "confirmed" his version of events, even though they weren't there. My track record clearly shows I always fill up for R1000, and I feel like I was targeted because I was a woman alone in the car.

I ended up paying the full R1373.05 but made it clear I would take the matter further. If Lebo had simply admitted a mistake, I would have paid without hesitation, but being forced to cover something I didn’t ask for is unacceptable. I want my money refunded and Lebo to face disciplinary action—who knows how many others they’ve done this to? I’m even considering standing outside with a sign warning others not to fuel there because of these dishonest practices. This whole experience has left me extremely upset and disappointed.

I notice on my slip as i asked for ulp 93 he gave me ulp95. This is not acceptable.
