Lack of assistance

Caltex - 261 Durban Road. <br> I went to fill up and get coffee at the store, and when it came to paying for the goodies myself and another gentleman infront of me had to wait for about 5 min (could be more could be less) before someone assisted us at the check out. Apparently the lady that was suppose to be there went to the rest room and there was no one else there to assist us. Eventually some other guy (dont know his name) assisted us and this lady was still no where to be found. This service is really bad especially if she is one of the important people that keeps the business moving. Please can this be addressed. <br> <br> Date and time printed on slip: 29.06.2015 @ 19:33
