KOKSTAD CALTEX FRESH STOP REFUSED VOID

<p>I went to buy a pie & something to drink. I took a tropika to be specific but later changed my mind and asked the cashier (Mcedisi) to void it. HE REFUSED AT FIEST THEN LATER TOLD ME THAT A PERSON WHO CAN VOID AND CHANGE THE DRINK FOR ME WAS AT THE LOCATION. SO I MUST WAIT WHILE HE SENDS HER A "Please call me". I was buffled, all I needed was an exchange but left fresh stop Kokstad without the drink I wanted. I found his attitude & the entire system pathetic. Why open the store when you have no one to authorise a void. He was not even bothered & just told me to wait until the lady respobds to his "please call me message. He was rude & very insulting.</p>
