Caltex Washington post - Arcon park Vereeniging is the worst convenience store in the country. First off they don't answer their phones. After around 10 times calling them they pick up. Phoned an order for take away just after 19:00 I was told to come and pick up the food in an hours time. Go there an hour later to pick up my order and surprise surprise my order is not even ready. Grace , the lady I spoke too told me they only have to put on the sauce for the chicken. She then proceeds to give a slip to go and pay which I do. While I'm waiting for a good 15 minutes she then calls a guy by the name of Mohammed to come and talk too me. It turns out they didn't even have the chicken on the burner and Grace's excuse is she forgot about my order. SO WHY DIDN'T SHE TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I WOULD GONE NEXT DOOR TO STEERS AND HAVE MY ORDER DONE IN 10 MINUTES. SHE LETS ME PAY FIRST THEN THEY COME WITH THEIR BULL**** EXCUSE. NOT ON!!! So the only reasonable reason is that my order was given to someone else. Plain and simple. NOW I MUST WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES FOR THEM TO PREPARE MY FOOD. WHAT CIRCUS ACT OF A BUSSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING. MY FAMILY AND I ONLY HAD SUPPER AROUND 22:00. THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU GET FROM CALTEX WASHINGTON POST ARCON PARK!!! From friends and colleagues I believe my experience is not an isolated case. In future my money Will Not be spent there. I THINK THEY CAN REBRAND THEIR CONVENIENCE STORE FROM FRESHSTOP TOO HELLSTOP!!!
