Items removed from car (Stollen)

<p>Monday 10th October 2016, 14h30 i took my car in for car wash, picked the car just before 16h00. 7 items were missing from the car. All 4 wool mat, 1 plastic mat and 2 water bottle. I only noticed this while i was on my way home, around 17h00. Apon realising this i called in and the manager said i should come the following day. I went to the service station on Tuesday 11th October 2016 and i felt like the manager was wasting my time. He tells me it is not his responsibility that Mats and Water Bottles are missing from my car. He also tells me to look for them. It was shocking... Then the other guy who works at the car wash overheard us talking, and mentioned that the is a mat in the store room which was left outside the previous day. He went to get it, now i have 4 woolen Mats and a 2 water bottles missing and no one wants to take responsibility. And the manager is quick to say he is doing me a favour by even coming out of the store. Shocking response from the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they say the lady who worked on my car is not in...</p> <p> </p> <p>May i please have my items back... </p>
