Incompentency

Good Evening

Please assist with the following. On the 07th March 2018 at Caltex Industria, The Time was 10:21. I had the most unpleasant encounter with the petrol attendant by the name of Aubrey, I requested that he/She fill up my vehicle with R350.00 with Unleaded 95. Unfortunately due to incompentency the petrol attendent filled the car up with diesel. When I queried the issue with the Manager/Supervisor on site today(14/04/2018), I was told that their CCTV cameras were not operational on that day and unfortunately they are unable to assist me as this results in the issue being Null and Void. Despite me having a receipt as evidence. To be honest this situation is quite frustating. I would appreciate is I received a response within the next 48hrs as to what I should do next.
