I pay for petrol that was never put on my car

On 2022-01-18 i was at CALTEX UXOLO in Town Two Khayelitsha at around 17:36 my petrol gauge was on "61" i add petrol of R100 because i cannot drive with reserve for the sake of safety and there was no movement on my gauge, i should understand if the car was empty. After they put 100r petrol instead of going up it went down to 60 i stopped and switched off the car and wait thinking it going to change the was nothing i turn back to garage ask the guy "petrol attend" if he really put the petrol he show me slip told me he did put it, he ask me to speak to the cashier who also agreed that his colleague did put the petrol and she added "YOU" like to complain about your gage not moving and when it move you don't came back to us, a cashier called someone i believed he is in change of the garage, he also told me that if he's staff told me they did put the petrol and give me slip i must go he's as**** that i will came back with that "60", i told him i cannot take that risk, i have to put another R100 petrol for my safety and only then the was a movement on my gauge.

What i would like to tell a Owner/Manage who told me to drive with reserve after i buy petrol from his garage, think of safety for every woman not only your family or friends
