How i lost my car 6 months ago to due to Caltex

On the 18th of September 2020 my wife went to Caltex Boland Service Station in Stellenbosch she asked for Diesel and the attendant filled up with Petrol instead of diesel. She drove off unknowingly and the car started jerking and stalled. Long story short the car was taken to there preferred repair shop i instructed the owner i don't want my car repaired at this shop he assured me he will have it fixed. I then received the car with 20l diesel added as they told me that was the amount of feul they pumped out the tank, when i collected the car it struggle to start, when i told the mechanic and Caltex owner my car is not fixed they agreed that i can take the car to my preferred diesel specialist and if there's a problem unrelated to the feul contamination i will have to pay and if it's there fault they will pay..... Udel Stellembosch found patrol left in the feul system a damaged injectors and feul pump. Caltex insurance offered me 12k for my car that has 98k damage the car is the car is still at Udel and the payment will only be made if i exept the offer. Today six months later im still with out a car. I feel ****** seriously
